Day 3 -- 31 aug

Heyyyy.. i am happy i lost 2 .1 lbs.. not bad in a day


I am following healthinmyplate guides they are making it super cool for me to loose weight with healthy food.. keeping me full.... they are making plan for my body type.. and my schedule.. they are recording my weight everyday and on that basis only they are making plan for me everyday.


Today ..


8am 5 almonds


10am 1 cup milk with pinch of cholate powder


11pm green tea


12pm 1 bread with bringal sabzi and 1 cup yogurt..


1pm green tea


2pm green tea


3pm 1 carrot


4pm coffee


7pm sweet potato salad


9pm 1 cup strawberry shake
