8 am: 5 almonds
9:45am: 1 cup cold milk with pinch of chocolate powder to just swallow..
11am: 1 cup green tea with 2 tbsp. poha
12:30pm: 1 bowl lotus stem sautéed.
2pm green tea
4pm 1 cup coffee with low fat milk and splenda.
7pm 1 oats chilla with bringal curry.
10pm milk without sugar.
