Day 3 -- 31 aug

Heyyyy.. i am happy i lost 2 .1 lbs.. not bad in a day


I am following healthinmyplate guides they are making it super cool for me to loose weight with healthy food.. keeping me full.... they are making plan for my body type.. and my schedule.. they are recording my weight everyday and on that basis only they are making plan for me everyday.


Today ..


8am 5 almonds


10am 1 cup milk with pinch of cholate powder


11pm green tea


12pm 1 bread with bringal sabzi and 1 cup yogurt..


1pm green tea


2pm green tea


3pm 1 carrot


4pm coffee


7pm sweet potato salad


9pm 1 cup strawberry shake

Day 2 -- 30 Aug

Heyy... I lost 1 lbs today.


This plan worked. To be précised I have lost 1.2lbs.


Today I am following diet, I have to eat roti today so I am happy..


I am not including pics for what's repeating (Make sense).


8am : 6 soaked pealed almonds


9:30am 1 cup cold milk with pinch of chocolate powder.


10:30am needed coffee :) ...no fat with splenda.


11:30am green tea


12:15pm lunch..yeahh... 1.5 small roti with bringal sabzi and yogurt


2pm green tea


3:30pm 1 carrot


7pm 1 apple and 1 banana chat.


9pm strawberry shake

Guys i couldnt take pics unfortunately. Will try.. but diet went well.. i wasn't hungry.. was active whole day .. and much happy..

Day 1 -- 29 aug 2016

8 am: 5 almonds


9:45am: 1 cup cold milk with pinch of chocolate powder to just swallow..


11am: 1 cup green tea with 2 tbsp. poha


12:30pm: 1 bowl lotus stem sautéed.

2pm green tea

4pm 1 cup coffee with low fat milk and splenda.

7pm 1 oats chilla with bringal curry.

10pm milk without sugar.




5 days 5 pounds challenge

Today I have taken short challenge of 5 pounds in next 5 days.. need your support guys . Lets come together and do it.. I will post all what I eat today..
Otherwise its going great day with nice weather.. and I am keeping smile on my face..
I will try my best to stay smiling and happy..

26 Aug

10 AM :Today is happy day so far, I am keeping my positivity intact.. Today I am


        Inhale Positive Exhale Negative


As I cant control the incoming energies, But I have the control to keep positive and discard negative.


I am on track on diet so far. By end of the day I will post my whole day diet pics and tomorrow I will mention how much I lost.


I forgot to click all pics of what all i ate. I am new to this blog. I will try to make sure i will take pics

I could have avoided rice. I need to be more dedicated

Tomorrow i will try to follow proper plan. Need to make it. Just before sleeping i had 3-4 chips. This need to stop. I am doing good but need improvement.

I walked for 1.5hrs.

DIET:


8:30am: 6 almonds soaked and pealed.


9:30am: 1 Glass Non Fat Milk


11am: 1 carrot


12pm : Green tea


12:15pm : 1 bowl Tamarind rice


2 pm: Green Tea


3:30: Yogurt with oats


4:15pm: 1 cup cold coffee without sugar


7pm: 2 small oats chillas


8:30pm: green tea

Purpose of Blog







My Brothers wedding is coming (9th Dec 2016)... This is the time to make some commitments for myself.. As this is one the biggest event of my life.. I will update here what going on with these commitments. What all I am doing to make difference in my life.


So the list goes...


1. Need to Shed 12 kgs (26.4 lbs.)
2. Stay Happy everyday... No Matter what...Careless and smile more...
3. Get driving license and take driving classes.
4. Speak positive and ignore negative coming from others.
5. Get Back to blogging :)




I will keep posted here, will try to post everyday what I ate and how much I lost, How I am taking care of myself emotionally and physically.


So this journey begins today...From tomorrow I will update here...
