Day 2 -- 30 Aug

Heyy... I lost 1 lbs today.


This plan worked. To be précised I have lost 1.2lbs.


Today I am following diet, I have to eat roti today so I am happy..


I am not including pics for what's repeating (Make sense).


8am : 6 soaked pealed almonds


9:30am 1 cup cold milk with pinch of chocolate powder.


10:30am needed coffee :) ...no fat with splenda.


11:30am green tea


12:15pm lunch..yeahh... 1.5 small roti with bringal sabzi and yogurt


2pm green tea


3:30pm 1 carrot


7pm 1 apple and 1 banana chat.


9pm strawberry shake

Guys i couldnt take pics unfortunately. Will try.. but diet went well.. i wasn't hungry.. was active whole day .. and much happy..
