10 AM :Today is happy day so far, I am keeping my positivity intact.. Today I am


        Inhale Positive Exhale Negative


As I cant control the incoming energies, But I have the control to keep positive and discard negative.


I am on track on diet so far. By end of the day I will post my whole day diet pics and tomorrow I will mention how much I lost.


I forgot to click all pics of what all i ate. I am new to this blog. I will try to make sure i will take pics

I could have avoided rice. I need to be more dedicated

Tomorrow i will try to follow proper plan. Need to make it. Just before sleeping i had 3-4 chips. This need to stop. I am doing good but need improvement.

I walked for 1.5hrs.

DIET:


8:30am: 6 almonds soaked and pealed.


9:30am: 1 Glass Non Fat Milk


11am: 1 carrot


12pm : Green tea


12:15pm : 1 bowl Tamarind rice


2 pm: Green Tea


3:30: Yogurt with oats


4:15pm: 1 cup cold coffee without sugar


7pm: 2 small oats chillas


8:30pm: green tea
