Day 4 -- 1 Sept

I am happy i lost 3.8 lbs.. Not Bad


I am feeling much lighter and looks my water retention is very less. in 3 days I lost 2.8lbs. I am very happy with the results. I am feeling much active.


Today ..


8am 5 almonds


10am 1 cup milk with pinch of chocolate powder


11pm green tea


12pm 1 besan chilla with cauliflower curry and 1 cup yogurt..


1pm green tea


2pm green tea


3pm 1 carrot


4pm coffee


7pm 1 besan chilla with tomato chutney


9pm 1 cup strawberry shake
