Day 5 - Sept 2

I am happy i lost 4.5 lbs.. Not Bad


I am feeling a lot better. My cloths are fitting me much better.
Today ..


8am 5 almonds


10am 1 cup milk with pinch of chocolate powder


11pm green tea


12pm 1 bowl of panner curry with 1 bread and 1 cup yogurt..


1pm green tea


2pm green tea


3pm 1 carrot


4pm coffee


7pm 50gm panner tikka with bell pepper and onion


9pm 1 cup strawberry and apple shake
